Laser Measurement Systems for laser measurement of length, width thickness or positioning of hot or cold product as well as automated positioning of cranes, mobile equipment and machinery.

ELDP/MDHD Laser Distance Meters - Advanced Class 1M Laser Technology providing precise distance measurement. Operates via a unique pulsed time-of-flight (TOF) measurement technique and measure distances over working ranges greater than 600 meters according to the reflection surface. Can be used with a reflector or directly off of product. There are four ELDP models available for various applications and distance ranges. There is also a high temperature model available that can also be used with red hot metal up to 1200°C.

LT2000 Laser Distance Meters - Low cost Class 2 Laser for highly accurate measurement. Working range up to 100 meters according to the reflection surface. Ideal for product positioning, width measurement and coil diameter determination..

MLSeries Laser Triangulation Meters - for precise measurement of product thickness, diameter or distance measurement. Over 25 models available with measuring ranges of 100mm up to 4M with resolution of 2µm to 0.5mm. Several models are available that can be used with red hot metal up to 1200°C and up to 1800°C.

BR22 LDM Interface Display - Powerful CPU engineered to provide convenient operation and communication between the ELDP family of Digital Laser Distance Meters and other digital inputs on an overhead cranes and the crane operator.

LD-6001 Laser Slab Length Measurement System - Laser Slab Width Measurement System - Laser Slab Thickness Measurement System - Operating off both cold or hot product, even inside the furnace, this Gauge is well suited for determining the width, length, thickness and position of steel product such as hot or cold slabs, blooms or billets in the furnace area & other difficult areas in the Rolling Mill. The CPU displays measured distances from each Laser Distance Meter and calculates the the products width, length, thickness or centerline deviation.

VR504 Barrier Lasers - Powerful and safe Class 1 Laser with 500 meter range for penetrating the heaviest steam and furnace flames.

LT200M Retro-Reflect Lasers - Powerful Laser with a 10M range off of a reflector, enabling precise detection of product in difficult areas.
